Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Free U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $75

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $75 or more, calculated before taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes are applied.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days. Please select this option during checkout if you would like faster shipping.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping service selected.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wildsidedoggear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date shown by the carrier.

Please include your order number and, for damaged packages, clear photos of the packaging and items.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Wildside Dog Gear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, please reach out to us if this happens and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps.
