Dog Friendly National Parks For Free Entry Week

Hey there, fellow dog parents! Did you know that National Park Week is this week from Sat, Apr 22, 2023 – Sun, Apr 30, 2023 - we celebrate the beauty and wonder of our country's national parks. And the best part? Some of them are free for us and our furry friends to enjoy! Check out this link to see which parks are participating: (Fee Free National Parks). Now be sure to double-check on their website to see which National Parks are dog friendly. I've gathered a list for you at the bottom of this blog.

As dog parents, we know that our furry companions are an integral part of our family and we want to include them in our adventures as much as possible. That's why we've gathered some Wild Side Dog Gear to suggest some of our favorite dog gear for exploring the great outdoors.

First up, we have the adjustable hands-free leash. This leash is perfect for dog parents who want to be hands-free while hiking, running, or just enjoying a stroll through the park. It's adjustable to fit any waist size, and you can wear this cross-body as well or use it as a regular leash.

Next, we have the National Bark Collection. This collection includes collars inspired by some of our favorite national parks, such as Yosemite and Yellowstone.

For those of us who like to keep our hands free, Wildside Dog Gear also offers belt bags that are perfect for storing treats, waste bags, and any other essentials you might need on your hike. And speaking of waste bags, the "no poo left behind" holder is a must-have for any responsible dog parent.

Lastly, we recommend the harness from Wildside Dog Gear. This Easy Click N Go harness is designed for maximum comfort and safety for your dog, and it comes in a variety of colors to match any outfit. Our customers love the control handle feature to help your furry friends with scrambles or keep them close as other dogs pass by.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your dog and your favorite Wildside Dog Gear, and head out to one of the free national parks during National Park Week. Happy exploring!
