Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing and fulfilling time is not the same as shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped out on the following business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • USPS Priority: Takes approximately 2-3 business days for faster delivery. Please select this option during checkout if you need expedited shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@wildsidedoggear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
