Returns + Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't work out with your pup's gear, and we're here to help make it right! If your furry friend isn't a fan of their gear or if you need a different size or color, don't worry - we've got you covered with our 30-day return and exchange policy. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please take a moment to read through the guidelines below.
Please note that a 30% restocking fee applies for any Fi collars & harnesses that are returned since they are custom-made. This applies if you ordered a regular collar and meant to order a Fi collar. Please note the restocking fee will apply since our collars/leashes are hand made.
- Sale items are final
- Must reach out regarding your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. There is no refund on shipping fees that was paid for already.
- All returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging, and all fur and smell free
- Used items are not eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- If you need to make a return due to our error or a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll help you sort it out.
- It will take about 7 days to inspect the returned items. If everything is in new condition, we'll ship your exchange or issue a refund, and we'll send you an email to let you know.
